PU-IF150L IR non-contact infrared plastic welding machine, infrared high-temperature radiation mold design, with Japanese-made servo drive device, non-contact heating without sticking mold problems, simplified and lower maintenance cost compared with hot plate welding.
Suitable for PP, nylon, resin and other plastic plastic workpieces.
- All series use HMI, PLC controller.
- PID thermostatic controller, SSR non-contact switch. Micro-temperature compensation ±1℃.
- Temperature difference, pressure difference electronic protector.
- The entire machine uses NC precision processed parts.
